Academic Requirements
Minimum GPA: 3/4 (First Class or strong 2:1 UK equivalent). Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required. Many English-taught Masters in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science. Very competitive — top 25% of undergraduate class required.
English Language
IELTS: 6.5+ overall. TOEFL iBT and PTE Academic also accepted — contact admissions for equivalencies.

Can I study Engineering at RWTH Aachen with WASSCE?
WASSCE alone won't qualify you for direct undergraduate entry in Germany. You'd need to complete 1+ year at a Ghanaian university first, then apply. For Masters, a Ghanaian engineering degree allows direct application — but grades must be in the top 25% of your class.
